You choose the direction. I help you find the path.

Most of us spend years fitting in. The work is finding where you belong.

I coach because I’ve had to do this work myself: understanding my journey through the claim process I describe on the home page, and long after it. That understanding is what I want to help you find in yourself.

I’m autistic and have ADHD, and I was diagnosed as an adult. The tools and methods I have learned allow me to step back and look at my own patterns almost from the outside, and that is what I help other people do on their own journeys.

Helping you reflect. Sometimes you see more clearly from the outside.

Spectrum Transition Coaching was developed by Mick Stott, a veteran, to help veterans. It’s a trauma-informed method: it works with anger, sadness, fear, guilt, hurt and anxiety without asking people to relive what caused them. It helps people move forward when these emotions are holding them back from a life they want to lead. It’s coaching, not therapy.

It isn’t only for veterans. It’s for anyone who feels any of these emotions are holding them back, including neurodivergent adults who have spent years being told they were getting it wrong. This method won’t make you go back through what happened, and you don’t have to tell me your story.

The first conversation is free, so we can both see whether it’s a good fit. Sessions are online or in person, in Scotland, England and Wales. I hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
